Here at Sirens we don’t just do hair, and our stylist don’t stop when they put the scissors down. Something you might not know about our girl Robin, she competes on a local roller derby team. Recently she took her skills on the road attending the Roller-Con Convention.
Over 5,000 men and women from all over the world joined together for six days of friendly games and classes. With butting competitions like the Crazy Cat Ladies vs. the Dog Lovers and the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers vs. the Mitten Kittens the battles prevailed.
Robin said with teammates moving for new jobs and new lives, over the years, these conventions are the perfect way to meet back up by doing what brought them together in the beginning. And though there was no overall winner of the games, Robin did not lose a single one of her games!
